This package may be just what you're looking for if you've found your dream location or  you simply want a garden wedding at home, it takes care of all the details. 

This package has access to our entire hire inventory and any new hire stock that is added to our range. If we have it...it can be included

Package is for up to 60 guests with additional guests at $20 per person.

  • Up to 13 rustic reclaimed timber tables (maximum capacity to seat 134 people)

  • Miss -matched white vintage timber chairs (up to 115 avail) 

  • Vintage furniture and decor

  • Sweet hearts table for two antique door table & two antique chairs 

  • Vintage props & photo staging decor

  • Crystal vases - multiple in small, medium & large

  • Mason jars for flowers or floating candles

  • Crystal decanters

  • Vintage & rustic bar set up that includes glassware

  • Water station & glassware

  • Tea and Coffee station - cups & saucers, organic tea, fresh pressed coffee

  • Antique square cake table

  • Styled dessert buffet with vintage cake plates, silver dessert cutlery,  serving ware and decor items

  • 2 Stylists

*A minimum of one and a half days installation needed for most venues. 

*Candle options can be added from $6 to $20 per table 

*Additional delivery charges may apply to outside of Gold Coast locations to cover cost of larger truck hire, mileage and fuel. 

*Extra staff members required for guests numbers exceeding 65 and then 80 and at 110 - a quote will be provide for hours needed.
